Set in its own secluded grounds over-looking the River Tarn with direct access to the river for fishing, boating and safe swimming, the cottage is within a conservation area with rare birds. It is close to Albi with its magnificent cathedral, Toulouse-Lautrec museum and other medieval towns and villages with restaurants and markets. For the energetic: riding, tennis and golf are available locally. A rowing boat is available to use. The house can accommodate seven people comfortably and is well equipped. It has a barbecue and a terrace with a beautiful view of the river. There is both  sun and shade in the garden. It is necessary to have a car. There is no public transport.
