The Cottage

Situated about ten miles to the east of Albi, on the north bank of the river Tarn, the property consists of a modern detached house set in idyllic secluded grounds, with good parking for cars. The garden runs down to the tranquil waters of the river Tarn.

Accomodation
The accommodation consists of three twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living/dining room with a single bed at the back. The living room features an open fire, is comfortably furnished and has french doors onto the terrace. The house has oil filled radiators for each bedroom. A high chair is available on request. Pets are welcome. The accommodation is a lovely place and full of atmosphere and it provides good space at a reasonable level of comfort, cleanliness, and amenities. There is a TV. French channels are available and YouTube. Wi-Fi is available.

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped, with a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, and a toaster.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms both of which have a combined shower and bath. One has a toilet en suite whilst the other toilet is separate.

Terrace and Garden
The garden goes down to the river. It is a little steep near the river, but it is possible to take the boats to the river.

The terrace has table and chairs. Sun loungers  and a couple of sun umbrellas are also available. There are areas of sun and shade throughout the day in the garden.

There is plenty of space for fun and games.

The River
The river is usually slow flowing below the house making it suitable for swimming. There are course fish in the river so fishing is possible. A rowing boat and 2 single canoes are available for use.
