The Cottage

Situated about ten miles to the east of Albi, on the north bank of the river Tarn, the property consists of a modern detached house set in idyllic secluded grounds, with good parking for cars. The garden runs down to the tranquil waters of the river Tarn.

Accomodation
The accommodation consists of three twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living/dining room with a single bed at the back. The living room features an open fire, is comfortably furnished and has french doors onto the terrace. The house has oil filled radiators for each bedroom.  A cot and high chair are available on request. Pets are welcome.

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped, with a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, a slow cooker and a toaster.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms both of which have a combined shower and bath. One has a toilet en suite whilst the other toilet is separate.

Terrace and Garden
The terrace & garden afford an exceptionally beautiful view of the river and are furnished with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and loungers. There are areas of sun and shade throughout the day in the garden and the grass is cut regularly.

The River
The river is usually slow flowing below the house making it suitable for swimming; it is also well stocked with coarse fish. A rowing boat is available for use.
